Oh.my.God. I covet
these sooo bad. What a brilliant idea and so well executed!
Sigh. Christmas shopping on Etsy is so dangerous for me. I am finding too much that
I like. I am trying to buy more handmade/consumable products this year and stay away from the big box beasts. They say you tend to give what you'd like to receive. I do try to take in account what others would like, though!
Those are just too cool! I am also addicted to Etsy, I even have my own shop http://raisingjoey.etsy.com
ReplyDeleteLOVE those! Deborah, I love that you are a cloth diapering, co-sleeping, extended breastfeeding, big-box toy avoiding mama. You're a woman after my own heart!

Boy, those are pricey! Cool, but pricey...
ReplyDeleteJessica- neat stuff! thanks for the link!
ReplyDeleteKim- ditto to you, sister!
Jennifer- $ I know, but worth it from the looks of it. I told Doug that she should offer them individually also, so you could buy words. I want to get Sean's name so we can play games with them to teach him how to spell his name.
Deborah, whenevr I see something that I want I think... cna I make that? Well, I thought the same thing when I saw theses bean bags of yours... could Deborah make them? So i looked for the fabric and looky here!!! (super long link- sorry)

Bean bags are pretty easy to make. Use a plain light colored fabric for the back side and you could write the letters on with a Sharpie. It's a thought.
Sarah! You rock for finding that! I had the same thought, can I make those? I had no idea the fabric had the images on them! I thought the artist added them on there. I need a sewing machine.
ReplyDeleteHave you seen this: http://imadeyouabeard.blogspot.com/ I thought of you when I saw it.
Oh my God.. that beard site is AWESOME! Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should put a sewing machine on your Christmas list. (Mine was a gift a few years ago. If it hadn't been a gift I bet I still wouldn't have one. I was so intimidated by sewing.)
