T21 Traveling Afghan

At Little Miss E's blog, E's momma is starting a traveling afghan project. She is making a blanket that will travel to visit families with kids that have Down syndrome. She is also sending along a journal so each family can make a note about their time snuggling with this special blankie. Sounds like fun!
