We're just hanging out at my mom and dad's house. I had a nice time going out to lunch at a great newish place, The Chef, with Mom, sister Tanya, and Ella yesterday. Then we did a little shopping at some favorites: Wildflower Knits and the new chocolatier, Emerald City Market.
My mom babysat Ella for us and my sister took on the adventure of watching my boys while Doug and I had a dinner date at Aroy Thai. Yummy and very nice to get out alone with my husband. Tanya and her sons took the boys out to a really cool event that I am *hoping* my nephew will write about for a Friday Thoughts blog.
Today, it looks like not much on the agenda, then heading home. October is cruising by quickly for us!
